Fong's Wing Chun Federation

Rules and Regulations

1. All students must address Si-Fu Fong as Si-Fu.

2. All students must greet Si-Fu and Si-Mo when entering or exiting the school. Be friendly and courteous to your fellow students.

3. All students must wear the complete uniform to classes. The complete uniform is the official Fong’s Wing Chun Federation T-shirt, a sash, and black gung-fu pants. Shoes are optional.

4. All students must pay tuition. Any student who is two weeks past due will lose training privileges.

5. All students must bow respectfully to the school and the pictures of our Wing Chun line when entering and exiting the training area.

6. All students are expected to come to class on time. If you come late, you must ask permission from your instructor to enter class.

7. All students must ask permission from their instructor if they have to leave early.

8. All students must follow their instructor's directions respectfully and promptly.

9. Only instructors, teaching assistants, or appointed helpers are allowed to teach other students.

10. Keep the school clean. Do not leave clothes, shoes, or trash in the training area.

11. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to practice.

12. Profanity is not permitted in this academy.

13. You must ask permission from Si-Fu to spar or use the martial arts equipment.

14. Do not leave visitors in the training area or the store unattended. Visitors are not allowed to use equipment or practice.

15. Do not practice other styles of martial arts during the Wing Chun class hours. You must ask permission from Si-Fu to practice other styles in the school.

16. You are a representative of this academy. Act in public in such a way that you do credit to the academy. Do not create bad feelings about the academy because of your behavior.

17. Do not criticize other martial arts styles or other people.

18. It is expressly prohibited to represent Si-Fu Fong by using his name or Logo in any case.

19. All students must follow the principle of Tao of a martial artist: Loyal, Respect, Trust, Righteousness, Benevolence, Love, and Peace.

20. All Student must do at least one good deed a day.

Students and instructors who violate these rules will be brought before the school council and Si-Fu Fong to be disciplined.
