• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Exceptions to the age requirement may be made with parental consent.
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of registration for each level. The balance is due on or before the class begins.
• NO REFUND after the classes have started
• Term of payments may be arranged with Fong's Health Center
• Private lesson fee and schedule of the above subjects may be arranged with Master Fong
• Schedule and Price are subject to change without notice
• You are welcome to bring your own massage table or mat to class.
• Dress comfortably.
• Bring writing utensils and a notebook.
• Class manuals are provided.
• Class size is limited to twelve only.
